The printing technologies of our products are summarized as follows.

Screen printing

We believe that the following four qualities are important to consider in any assessment of the performance of a screen printing machine.
1 Rigidity of the screen printing machine
The screen printing machine’s chassis and platform should have sufficient rigidity to securely hold the work and screen plate placed on the machine (without even slight movement).
2 Screen printing machine repeatability
The screen printing machine must deliver repeatability of 5μm.
3 Screen printing machine table flatness
The table must provide flatness of 20μm (depending on the degree of demand, additional flatness may be required).
4 Table and squeegee parallelism
The table and squeegee must exhibit a certain degree of parallelism so that squeegee travel is parallel to the table.

The following factors are also important in high-precision screen printing:
1 Squeegee printing pressure (air pressure, downward pressure)
Use of the appropriate pressure enables uniform printing without bleeding or streaking.
2 Squeegee angle
Squeegee angle affects the ease with which the paste fills holes in the screen.
3 Squeegee speed of travel
The extent to which the paste fills holes in the screen and plate separation vary as the speed increases and decreases, affecting the paste thickness.
4 Distance between the screen plate and work (clearance)
This factor primarily affects plate separation.
5 Squeegee selection (flat squeegee, square squeegee, knife squeegee, etc.)
It is necessary to select the right squeegee type according to the screen plate, work, and print type (solid fill, line, text).
6 Screen plate selection
Screen plate requirements include target paste thickness, line width, paste permeability, and rate of transfer.
7 Paste selection
It is important to prepare paste so that properties such as viscosity, drying characteristics, elasticity, and plasticity are appropriate to the pattern.
