The screen printing machine can be customized to meet your purpose/use by adding required mechanisms chosen among a lot of options. (Customize & Full-choice Manufacture)
Squeegee scraper air pressure mechanism (Pressure release mechanism to avoid pressure of higher than the preset pressure value)
B type for electronic parts/precision printing, which is made with the improved printing precision and mechanical rigidity updated from Tu series.
TU2020-B type – for electronics 
Application: Suitable for applications such as Polyester/Stainless steel mesh plates, Metal mask plates, SUS squeegee/Ceramic squeegee, for which delicate pressure adjusting is required.
B type features:
  1. An EL option can be added to accommodate squeegee pressure method and float type operation.
    (Zero printing pressure adjustment is possible regardless of the size of the squeegee width. Effective in adjusting for low printing pressure/delicate printing pressure.)
  2. The squeegee push-in amount is adjustable in every 0.1mm. The adjusting range is 0 - 20mm. (Squeegee scraper air pressure is digital displayed.)
  3. Fine adjustment of the squeegee angle is possible. The adjusting range is 60 - 85 degrees.
C type or a table slide type made based on B type that is made with the improved printing precision and mechanical rigidity updated from Tu series, but C type has the more expanded applicability and flexibility. (It is also possible to check the status and result of printing with the CCD camera.)
TU2020-C type  
C type application:
Suitable for high precision printing/printing on thick materials, or for printing applications where it is required to check the printing position and/or the printing result using the CCD camera.
  1. The table comes out toward the front, making it easy to put in/take out the work.
  2. Where deodorization is required, it is possible to lay a cover over the whole machine and put in/take out the work when the table only comes out.
  3. Thick printing materials (the work)
  4. It is possible to check the status and result of printing with the CCD camera. (Optional setting)
  5. Automatic positioning device (Automatic position recognition capability)
C type features:
  1. Adopted the same structure and materials as those of B type, but C type has the more increased precision and rigidity
  2. An EL option can be added to accommodate squeegee pressure method and float type operation.

A compactly designed printing machine has been added to the TU Series. This printing machine is ideal for the high-precision printing of electronic parts with the printing precision and mechanical rigidity of the TU Series maintained.

TU2020-CS Inline Type:
This printing machine is an inline type for electronic parts ideal for the robot-operated insertion and extraction of workpieces. Furthermore, it is provided with a function that is used for the temperature control of paste along with the thermal insulation of the printing plate and squeegee parts at the time of printing.

The B type machines are screen printing machines with the table moving up and down.
The C type printing machine is a screen printing machine with the table moving up and down as well as sliding forward simultaneously.
A cylinder is used to prevent vibration and shock due to lifting-up of the table.
Fine-tuning of the positioning table provides alignment along the X-, Y-, Θ-, and Z-axes. A simplified fine-tuning process allows equipment positions to be fixed in place without the need for a separate locking step.

An inverter provides variable squeegee movement.
An optional servomotor is also available.

A sequencer is incorporated in the electric circuit.
The vacuum table specification using CONVUM is optionally available.
Machine repeatability: Within 5 µ.
While the importance of low-pressure, low-vibration squeegee travel to print quality is widely recognized, Seritech has identified the plate separation mechanism as an even more important consideration. Recognizing that this technology is an effective addition to all screen printing applications, we have made an extensive selection of plate separation functionality available.

When the printing size is larger compared with the panel frame size, which makes less space in longitudinal and lateral directions, this machine enables to print by swinging one squeegee only without using the scraper (doctor blade). This machine is optionally equipped with a device which enables to maintain the hose, plate frame fixing and printing portions at a same temperature by heating the whole paste container in a heating device. This device is used when the paste (filled-in liquid) has a property to hold its viscosity and flowage suitable for printing at a certain level of high temperature. The paste (filled-in liquid) is supplied automatically by tact and time control. Machine equipped with an option device which enables to maintain the hose, plate frame fixing and printing portions at a same temperature by heating the whole paste container in a heating device

Vertical Float Type Squeegee Pressure Mechanism (Seritech Original Technology)
I As long as the squeegee makes contact with the work, the squeegee applies the same pressure ensuring the ability to print the same color with the same thickness.

Movable pin option with groove on front
Fine-tuning of the positioning table is accomplished by adjusting the X-, Y-, and q-axes with 3 knobs located on the front of the machine. Fine-tuning of the Z-axis (clearance) is performed using a large handle located on the front of the machine. The table can be adjusted up to 20 mm along the X- and Y-axes, up to 5° along the q-axis, and up to 40 mm along the Z-axis (for the standard specifications).
“Care” plate separator
The plate is separated extremely slowly at a distance that is greater than or equal to the necessary amount of plate separation so as to ensure that all paste is transferred to the work.
“Slow” plate separator
The plate is separated at low speed over the user-specified distance.
“Fine-control” plate separator
The plate is progressively separated by moving it several microns, waiting for a user-specified stop time to elapse, and then repeating the cycle.
