The TU2020-CAA is a high-precision screen printer designed for use with electronic components. It features an auto alignment function that uses a built-in CCD camera.

Select from 3 auto alignment types according to your application:

  1. Type A (low cost, fast alignment) offers comparatively rough alignment (0.07 mm or greater) and is recommended for overseas use as well as for applications where reducing the time required for alignment is desirable or where operators have little experience.
  2. Type B (middle grade) offers repeatable alignment precision of 20 μ to 30 μ.
  3. Type C (premium grade) offers repeatable alignment precision of 10 μ or less.
Note: The above specifications describe the printer’s repeatability and do not constitute a guaranteed level of precision for the print itself.

A cylinder is used to prevent vibration and shock due to lifting-up of the table.

A sequencer is incorporated in the electric circuit.
The vacuum table specification using CONVUM is optionally available.
While the importance of low-pressure, low-vibration squeegee travel to print quality is widely recognized, Seritech has identified the plate separation mechanism as an even more important consideration. Recognizing that this technology is an effective addition to all screen printing applications, we have made an extensive selection of plate separation functionality available.

(3) “Fine-control” plate separator

We have improved the drive section to make the squeegee run smoother.
We made it easier to correctly find changes of the squeegee angle.
It is also possible to individually control and display the pressure values of the squeegee and the scraper. (Option)

When the printing size is larger compared with the panel frame size, which makes less space in longitudinal and lateral directions, this machine enables to print by swinging one squeegee only without using the scraper (doctor blade). This machine is optionally equipped with a device which enables to maintain the hose, plate frame fixing and printing portions at a same temperature by heating the whole paste container in a heating device. This device is used when the paste (filled-in liquid) has a property to hold its viscosity and flowage suitable for printing at a certain level of high temperature. The paste (filled-in liquid) is supplied automatically by tact and time control. Machine equipped with an option device which enables to maintain the hose, plate frame fixing and printing portions at a same temperature by heating the whole paste container in a heating device

Vertical Float Type Squeegee Pressure Mechanism (Seritech Original Technology)
I As long as the squeegee makes contact with the work, the squeegee applies the same pressure ensuring the ability to print the same color with the same thickness.

“Care” plate separator
The plate is separated extremely slowly at a distance that is greater than or equal to the necessary amount of plate separation so as to ensure that all paste is transferred to the work.
“Slow” plate separator
The plate is separated at low speed over the user-specified distance.
“Fine-control” plate separator
The plate is progressively separated by moving it several microns, waiting for a user-specified stop time to elapse, and then repeating the cycle.
